When will my box ship?

If you place your order between the 1st and the 14th of the month, your order will ship during the third week of each month. If you place your order between the 15th and the end of the month, your order will ship during the first week of each month. If you order a subscription as a gift and need your first box shipped right away, please email us at mybleacherbox@gmail.com and let us know you'd like an immediate shipment.

When will I be charged each month?

You will be charged the same day each month. For example, if you placed your initial order on the 10th of the month, then you will be charged on the 10th of the month each time based on the selected frequency of your subscription plan.

Can I make changes to my subscription as my child gets older or I want to try a different sport?

Definitely! We know kids grow fast and interests can change, so we make it easy to adjust your subscription. Whether your child’s just getting older, trying out a new sport, or you just want to switch things up, we’ve got you covered. Send us a quick email at mybleacherbox@gmail.com if you’d like to switch your sport or update your selected sizes.

What happens if my package gets lost or there’s an issue with my order?

We’re always here to help if something goes wrong with your delivery. If your box gets lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you. However, if the tracking shows that the package was delivered, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund, since the carrier marks it as completed. In those cases, we recommend reaching out to USPS to file a claim or open an investigation. That said, if there's an issue due to a customer error—like the wrong address, sport, or size entered on the account—we're still happy to help, but there may be a small fee to cover reshipping and processing:

Size Exchange: If you need a different size, you'll need to send the original item back. Once we receive it, we’ll ship out the new one. There’s a $5 fee to cover the re-shipping costs. Please make sure to check size charts before ordering.

Wrong Address: If the box is returned to us due to a wrong address entered at check-out, we are happy to reship. There is a $12 charge for reshipping to cover shipping costs.

Wrong Sport Selected: If the wrong sport was chosen and you'd like to swap boxes, just send the original box back to us. We’ll send the correct one out once it arrives, and there will be a $12 shipping charge for the replacement box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime! Just make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month and receiving a box. Once a new month starts, your order is already being processed—so if you cancel after the 1st, you’ll still receive (and be charged for) that month’s box, and your cancellation will take effect the following month. To cancel, simply log into your account (subscription management) or reach out to us at mybleacherbox@gmail.com, and we’ll help you out.
